Here's Teddy testing out his new Tiny Love Move and Play Gymini with Adjustable Arches, which we bought from Amazon.com using money sent us by my Aunt Rita. We chose this one from a bewildering variety of options becsause it is a large mat with lots of features. The gizmo in the middle (which plays music) can be slid about on either arch to position the toys for tummy or back time. We've augmented it since this picture was taken with parts from a different smaller playmat bought at a consignment sale, including a horseshoe pillow to help him get used to tummy time until his neck is stronger.
Until Ed starts to crawl this will be a very useful way to keep him entertained and stimulate his brain development.
These are great! And Edward seems to take a liking to it already. Does it have flashing lights? Kayla loves her lights.
ReplyDeleteYes, the four-petalled flower above his head has three lights that come on in rotation, the fourth being a speaker. The lights and music can be activated by moving the dangling monkey, or set to just run a sequence.
