Bumbo Bum's Rush
After we had the Bumbo for a couple of days we decided to return it and get this, the Super Seat. This was cheaper, performs the same function, and has the circular 'play station' in addition. Plus it works as a high chair when strapped to a regular kitchen chair (there are safety harnesses for the chair and Edward). Also the inside is removable so it grows with the baby.
Edward still gives the impression that things meet his waving hands and he graps them, rather than that he is actively reaching for them, and this Super Seat should help him develop by giving him things to reach for. The food tray (with red & blue cups) clips in and out for baby insertion and removal. In the picture he's strapped in, but this isn't really necessary unless he's up higher.
