Little People

On Saturday Ed hosted a play event at our house with his birthday buddy and another peer two weeks younger. We obviously knew James and his parents already, but this was the first time we met S and his mother. Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves and the boys interacted surprisingly well. They appear to be reaching the age where they recognize other children as people (and potential rivals?) and not just suprisingly mobile toys.

Martin and I are planning to make this a regular event, perhaps monthly. It will be interesting watching the boys grow and maybe they will all become good friends!
