One of the great things about parenthood is you can buy toys for your kid.
Therefore, Ed was destined to have a ball pit. Especially after he enjoyed the one at his cousin's house so much over the holidays.
We decided to put it upstairs, in the loft area, which is fully childproofed and gives him an upstairs play area. I found a great deal on a "Megaland 2" modular play tent that came with two short tunnel sections and three tent sections - one has a floor so it can serve as a ball pit, and the other two sections are open to the carpet. I put up the pit piece, one tunnel and one of the floorless pieces in the loft. We also got a large number of ball pit balls on clearance at Target. What does all of this mean?
